ABOUT ME

I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Bacone College and a Master’s in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi. With 3 years of coaching high school basketball and track, and 5 years of training athletes, I bring proven experience and structure to every program. My focus is simple—build strength, develop discipline, and deliver real results.
